What Depression Is Like

You find yourself trapped in a glass box. The door to get out has disappeared entirely. You’re stationary and already scared and beyond anxious.

The box quickly being to fill up with black smoke. It’s thick and heavy and engulfs the room quickly.

It fills you and you cannot disassociate it from you. Internally you’re drowning. You can’t find a way out.

You’re heavy and feel lifeless… on the verge of giving up because your stasis feels and looks indefinite and eternal.
